THE LOW-DOWN
Safe, progressive strength + conditioning clinics that build stability + agility + power + game speed + performance + fewer injuries = more game time for the Rep Season. NOTE: This is NOT basketball training. This is training to build and improve athleticism: SPEED & AGILITY: Sharper movement, quicker reactions, explosive first steps POWER & STRENGTH: Building the muscle and stability that drive game speed + performance INJURY PREVENTION: Protecting knees, ankles + hips with proven prevention protocols YOUTH SPORTS NUTRITION: Practical strategies to fuel training, recovery + game-day performance WHO: Players aged 12+ WHEN: Every Saturday from 18th Oct - 6th Dec (excluding 8th + 9th Nov) 2pm, 3pm or 4pm, 45 minute clinic WHERE: Moss Vale Stadium COST: $80 for the 7 week program (no session 8th + 9th November) BRING: Water, post training snack
