ARC programs are designed specifically for teens, grounded in research that supports growth, development, and performance. With SMART goals and proven methods, we build strength, speed, agility, and endurance safely and effectively. These skills transfer to every sport and give you the edge to level up your game.
TECHNIQUE + PROGRESSION
You’ll learn proper form, master the basics, and progress at the right pace. No guesswork, no wasted effort, no fads, no pressure. The focus is on long-term benefits: strong foundations, resilience against injury, and healthy habits that carry into adulthood.
FUN + ACCOUNTABILITY
At ARC, community is everything. We back each other, celebrate every win, and show up as a team. Training hits harder (and sticks longer) when you can join the jam and train with a crew who have your back.

STARTING OUT:
Build coordination, strength, and confidence while developing movement skills, body control, and lifelong training habits.
YOUNG ATHLETES:
Develop skills specific to individual goals, building speed, strength, agility, and aerobic capacity while improving movement quality, reducing injury risk, and enhancing performance.
HIGH PERFORMANCE:
For committed athletes with performance goals, integrating advanced strength, speed, and energy system development with education on load management, nutrition, and smart training strategies.
EVERY PURPOSE
GENERAL FITNESS:
Improve strength, fitness, and movement quality while building confidence, consistency, and a strong foundation for lifelong health.
SPORT PERFORMANCE:
Develop strength, speed, and power while improving movement efficiency and resilience for better performance in training and competition.
INJURY PREVENTION:
Build strength and movement control to improve resilience, manage training load, and reduce risk of common youth injuries.
EVERY SPORT
RUNNERS:
Refine mechanics, improve running economy, and increase speed + aerobic capacity to consistently hit PBs.
COURT + FIELD SPORTS:
Develop strength, acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction to improve force production, reduce injury risk, and dominate game moments.
ENDURANCE SPORTS:
Build aerobic base, lactate threshold, and movement efficiency while developing strength to delay fatigue and maintain output under load.
