8-12 YEARS

FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH + FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT
Ages 8–12 | 30-minute sessions | 1 session per week | $15 per week

These sessions focus on building the essential movement skills young athletes need before progressing to higher training loads.

Each session develops:
• Fundamental movement patterns
• Agility and speed development
• Balance and coordination
• Form and technique foundations
• Light resistance and bodyweight strength

> Builds confidence in movement and physical ability
> Reduces injury risk during growth and development
> Establishes strong movement habits early
> Supports long-term athletic development
