FLEX PACK | Ages 12–18 | 45-minute sessions | 2 sessions per week | $25 per week | 8 WEEK BLOCK

Two structured, coach-led group training sessions per week — ideal for athletes balancing school, sport, and other commitments while still training consistently.

Athletes can choose from Strength, Speed, and Stamina classes, allowing training to be tailored to individual goals, sport demands, and development stage. Sessions are programmed to support strength development, athletic speed, endurance capacity, and overall performance through safe, age-appropriate progressions.

Bookings are essential via the app.
Standard booking access applies (no priority booking window).
