TEAM PLAYER | Ages 12–18 | 45-minute sessions | Unlimited Group Training
$30 per week | 8 WEEK BLOCK

Lock in and book as many structured, coach-led group sessions as you can fit into your schedule — consistent training is the biggest driver of strength gains, speed development, fitness improvements, and injury resilience.

This membership is designed to build momentum fast, helping athletes establish strong training habits, improve movement quality, and progress safely across the term.

Recommended weekly structure:
• 2–3 Strength sessions to build force production, technique, and resilience
• 1+ Speed or Stamina session, depending on sport demands and individual goals

This balanced approach supports well-rounded athletic development and long-term performance progression.

Bookings are essential via the app.
Members receive priority class access with a 14-day booking window, making it easier to secure preferred sessions and stay consistent.
