Ages 8–12 | 30-minute sessions | 2 sessions per week | $25 per week | 8 WEEK BLOCK
The Foundations First Flex Pack is ideal for younger athletes who are ready for a little more consistency and exposure to movement-based training.
These 30-minute sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills, coordination, agility, and safe strength foundations through fun, structured, coach-led sessions.
Training twice per week helps children:
• Build confidence and competence in movement
• Improve balance, agility, and speed fundamentals
• Develop correct form and movement habits early
• Create positive routines and a love for being active
All sessions are age-appropriate, technique-focused, and designed to support healthy growth and long-term athletic development.
Bookings are essential via the app to secure weekly sessions.
At the end of the 8 weeks, you can renew for the next term or pause and resume when ready.
